I am an international public administration researcher, instructor, and advisor. I have published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented my findings at various conferences and seminars. I design and deliver graduate courses that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills among future public managers and leaders. I have also successfully conducted and coordinated analytical and advisory work for the World Bank and the German Agency for International Cooperation, producing high-quality reports, strategies, and guidance notes on various public sector management issues for diverse audiences. I am passionate about improving public sector performance and accountability, and contributing to the global community.
