​I am an international public administration researcher, instructor, and advisor. I have published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented my findings at various conferences and seminars. I design and deliver graduate courses that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills among future public managers and leaders. I also successfully conducted and coordinated analytical and advisory work on various public sector management issues for international organizations and national governments. I am passionate about bridging research and practice to improve public sector performance and accountability around the world.
